We’ll arrange a relaxed consultation — in person or via Zoom — where we can connect properly and ensure we’re the right fit.

Nothing rushed or too formal.

Just an open conversation about your day and how you want it to feel.

2. Securing Your Date

Once you’re ready, a signed agreement and booking fee secure your date in my diary.

From that moment on, I’m yours — available for guidance, timeline advice, and any questions as your plans unfold.

3. The Lead Up

In the months before your wedding, we’ll gently refine the details together.

If you’ve chosen a full-day collection, your complimentary engagement session gives us the perfect opportunity to connect and help you feel completely at ease in front of the camera.

Around four weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet again to walk through your timeline, key moments, and the people who matter most — ensuring nothing important is missed and you can step into your day feeling relaxed and fully present.

I’ll also send a final questionnaire to gather those meaningful details that make your story uniquely yours.

4. The Wedding Day

On your wedding day, my presence is calm, attentive, and unobtrusive.

I document what unfolds naturally — guiding when needed and stepping back when the magic is already there.

You remain fully immersed in your celebration.

I take care of preserving it.

4. After The Day

Within the first week, you’ll receive a small preview gallery with images ready for you to download and share with your family, friends and socials — a glimpse of the story we’ve created together and what is to come.

Your full gallery is carefully edited in my signature style and delivered within 8-12 weeks in a beautifully organised online gallery, ready to download, share and treasure.

 A Few Helpful Details

Planning a wedding naturally brings questions — here are some of the ones I’m most often asked.

  • For a full-day collection, you can expect approximately 500–700 carefully edited images. Half-day and micro weddings are delivered proportionally, ensuring your gallery fully reflects your celebration.

  • You will receive a small preview within the first week. Your full gallery is delivered within 8–12 weeks in your personalised online gallery.

  • A signed agreement and booking fee secure your wedding date in my diary. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding.

  • I’m based in Buckinghamshire and regularly photograph weddings across London, Oxfordshire and surrounding counties. For weddings further afield, travel and accommodation are arranged as required.

  • You are not expected to know what to do. I offer gentle direction when needed, while allowing natural moments to unfold so your photographs feel relaxed and authentically you. Even the most self conscious of couples are surprised at how relaxed and comfortable they are

  • Every image is carefully edited by hand in my signature style - timeless, natural and true to the atmosphere of your day. I focus on rich, authentic colour and soft, flattering light, with subtle editorial touches where they suit the moment.
